  • How to Register

Since we are using a new database system, EVERYONE must validate their account with a 2-step process to login successfully. First click “Sign Up” then “Create Your Account”. See below for step by step instructions.

    1. Visit hyecamp.com and click “Camper Registration”, then “Apply.”

    2. The next screen will prompt you to enter your email. If you are returning to Hye Camp, use your previous login email.

    3. After entering your email, click “Sign Up”.

    4. On the next prompt to "Create Your Account" enter the email address we have on file for your account (same email used in the last step). Then click Continue.

    5. A 6 digit code will be sent to your email to enter. The email will come from do-not-reply@campminder-noreply.com. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it!

    6. You will then be prompted to add your first and last name and setup your password.

    7. Then click Continue and you will be in your Parent Portal in Camp In Touch!

    Please note the following:

    • You will be registering one camper at a time. If you have more than one camper, at the end of the first registration, click “Begin New Application” to register a second camper.

    • You will not be entering health or medical information at the time of registration. Those forms will required after registration confirmation.

  • Campers are selected on a first-come-first-served basis. Therefore, the sooner you apply the higher the likelihood you will be placed in your preferred week.

  • No. Our waitlist is managed with careful consideration to ensure a balanced and enriching experience for all campers, taking into account a variety of factors such as age, gender, and cabin assignments. While we don't assign a specific number to each waitlisted camper, please rest assured that movement off the waitlist occurs in a fair and orderly manner, based on the order in which applications were received and the specific needs of our camp sessions. We are committed to keeping you updated on your child’s status and will reach out directly as soon as a spot becomes available. If a spot opens, we’ll email you and you'll have 24 hours to respond. If not, we’ll offer it to the next eligible camper.

  • No. All applications MUST be completed online through the Hye Camp website.

  • Please send an email to info@hyecamp.com.

  • No. There is nothing for purchase at camp, so you please don’t send money with your child to camp. Your camper’s registration fee covers all expenses.

  • No. Part of the mission statement of our camp is to allow campers to enjoy the outdoors. For one week, campers are invited to leave the city and not bring it up to camp. The odds of these electronic devices getting damaged, broken, or lost are very high.

Any cell phone seen in use for any reason will be confiscated and returned to your camper at the end of the week during camper check-out.

Therefore, we ask that no cell phones, hand-held gaming devices, speakers, smartwatches, etc. be brought up to Camp.

If you want to send your child to camp with a camera to capture some of their own special memories, we recommend sending them with a disposable film camera or digital camera.

For additional questions please e-email the Camp Committee at info@hyecamp.com.
